Small hot/cold pack and pillowcase. It can be heated or cooled (frozen). For minor injuries, sprains, headaches, and especially colic! It should not be washed (except for the pillowcase). Contains 100% natural ingredients (rice and buckwheat hulls). The pillowcase is machine washable and dryable; one side is cotton, and the other is soft minky. The inner bag is made of 100% cotton. Test the heating time with each microwave, as they are not all equally powerful. If you use the Ziboomagik bag frequently while it's hot in a short period, you can remove it from its holder and let it dry in a cool place, as it may become slightly damp. Do not leave a baby or young child unattended with a Ziboomagik bag.
